Expert Lot Clearing in Wilhoit, AZ

Lot clearing in Wilhoit means working with real terrain. Sitting at roughly 4,590 feet in Yavapai County, properties here often carry dense brush, deep-rooted scrub vegetation, rocky soil, and uneven grade changes. A's Masonry Construction and Landscaping LLC handles the full scope: brush removal, stump grubbing, debris hauling, and rough grading so your lot is ready for the next phase of work. We use excavators and skid steers suited to Wilhoit's rural, sloped parcels where access can be tight. Many Wilhoit lots are raw acreage with no prior site prep, so we assess drainage patterns and grade before we move anything. That step protects neighboring properties and keeps your cleared lot stable. Whether you're building a home, adding a structure, or reclaiming overgrown land, we leave the site clean, level, and ready. Call us to schedule a site visit and get a clear scope for your Wilhoit property.

Aaron and his crew were polite, hardworking, and skilled at their craft. Aaron heard my concerns and was ready with solutions based on many years of experience in the field. The completed project is functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated that the crew left the job site clean. I would recommend A’s Masonry Construction and Landscaping and plan on using them again in the future.

Aaron and his crew were awesome to work with. Their work was triple-A quality and they went the extra mile to give us what we wanted. Our experience was 5-star all the way. We will definitely bring them back for other projects.

Aaron spent a good amount of time bidding the job and making sure I got everything I needed. He cleared land, leveled an area for a shed, put in the turf, pavers and flagstone walkways. Then planted 3 trees. Then added a water pump and tied in irrigation. This is the area for my dogs and I think it turned out great!

Aaron was very professional and his creativity was welcomed. He gave me a very reasonable price, his work was constant from start to finish, no stopping and starting. What he said is what he delivered. I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

I couldn’t be happier with the work this local stone masonry company did. The craftsmanship was excellent, the attention to detail really showed, and the final result turned out even better than I expected. On top of that, their pricing was very fair for the quality of work delivered. It’s great to support a Prescott-based business that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality masonry work!
